General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and btdjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the btdjl website located at https://btdjl.com and all associated products, services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By accessing btdjl.com, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the btdjl platform.

These Terms are published in English and govern the relationship between btdjl and players located in Bangladesh. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all services offered by btdjl, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots and instant-win games, crash games, promotional bonuses, loyalty programmes, and any future products or services introduced to the platform.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the btdjl platform shall be addressed in the first instance through btdjl's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting [email protected]. btdjl is committed to resolving all player disputes promptly and fairly.

1.3 Language & Communication

All official communications between btdjl and its players — including account notifications, promotional emails, support correspondence, and Terms updates — will be conducted in English. Players acknowledge that English is the operating language of the platform and that they possess sufficient understanding of English to comprehend these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the btdjl platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these conditions at all times during your use of btdjl.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on btdjl, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either voluntary or enforced, that would prohibit access to online gambling platforms.
• Not be acting on behalf of any other person or using the account for any commercial, business, or third-party purpose without prior written authorisation from btdjl.
• Agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions and all other btdjl policies in force at the time of your use.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

btdjl is operated as an online platform targeting the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with any local laws or regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction. btdjl makes no representation that the services are lawful in all locations from which they may be accessed.

2.2 Age Verification

btdjl reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other point during a player's use of the platform. Players may be requested to submit documents such as a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by btdjl may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of btdjl services, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, set a secure password, and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided at registration and for keeping that information current throughout the lifetime of your account.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the btdjl platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If btdjl identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, btdjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btdjl account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. btdjl will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Do not access your account on shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly on shared devices.

3.3 Accurate Account Information

All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — must be accurate and genuine. btdjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of account information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. btdjl may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts where a balance remains, following prior notification to the registered email address. The specific fee amount and notice period will be communicated to the player at the time the inactivity threshold is reached. Players wishing to avoid inactivity fees should ensure they log in to their account at least once every 12 months.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the btdjl platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). btdjl supports a range of local and international payment methods to accommodate the needs of players across all regions of Bangladesh. Depositing to your btdjl account is subject to the minimum and maximum limits described in this section.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant deposits with no transaction fee charged by btdjl.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times may vary.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount on btdjl is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. btdjl charges no fees on deposits — 100% of the amount you deposit is credited to your gaming balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are available to all verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within approximately five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. btdjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or amounts exceeding account history norms.

4.4 Payment Security

All payment transactions on btdjl are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. btdjl will never ask you to share payment passwords, bKash PINs, or OTP codes with any representative. If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to be from btdjl and asking for such details, treat it as fraudulent activity and contact our support team immediately.

4.5 Currency & Conversion

btdjl operates exclusively in BDT ৳. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. All account balances, bet stakes, and winnings are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka. Players using Visa or Mastercard cards denominated in a foreign currency may incur conversion charges applied by their card issuer — btdjl has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such third-party charges.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

btdjl periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and seasonal campaign offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the individual terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players who have met the specific qualifying conditions stated in the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. btdjl reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, minimum odds, eligible games, and time period for each offer will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements — including through low-risk arbitrage betting strategies, account manipulation, or coordinated play with other accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. btdjl will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. Players should check the expiry date of any promotional offer before accepting it.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

btdjl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or deliberately structured betting to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational intent — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, removal of associated winnings, and suspension of the account(s) involved. btdjl's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the btdjl platform, including sports betting markets, live in-play betting, casino games, crash games, and slots. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules applicable to each product before placing bets or wagering real money.

6.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is considered placed and binding only once it has been confirmed by the btdjl system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error — including technical errors, data feed failures, or pricing mistakes — may be voided by btdjl at its absolute discretion. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket is the primary sport offered by btdjl, with comprehensive coverage of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers domestic and international fixtures. The following general rules apply to all cricket markets:

• Match result bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC, or equivalent governing body).
• In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, btdjl will settle markets in accordance with Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results where applicable, or void affected markets where no official result is declared.
• Live in-play bets placed after the relevant event (e.g., a wicket, boundary, or over completion) has occurred but before the platform has updated will be voided.
• Super Over results count for match winner markets unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual market rules.

6.3 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and instant-win titles — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or others). In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game rules and the game outcome, the game server result shall be considered definitive. btdjl is not responsible for malfunctions in third-party game software, though we will work with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve any reported issues.

6.4 Responsible Betting

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the btdjl platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on btdjl and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or any other point during account use.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the btdjl platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with btdjl's betting markets or casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime using btdjl accounts or payment channels.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or market listed on btdjl.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking tool in a manner intended to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or behaving in an offensive manner toward btdjl staff or other platform users.
• Sharing your account with any third party, or accepting bets on behalf of other individuals through your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.

Account Suspension & Closure

btdjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances described below. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, btdjl reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in that account.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed account use by a person under the age of 18.
• Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or exploitation of platform errors.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their btdjl account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns — may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, provided no outstanding verification requirements or bonus wagering conditions are pending. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is causing harm are encouraged to apply for voluntary self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be applied for a minimum period of six months or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. btdjl will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are also suspended for self-excluded players. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btdjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from betting or gaming activity. btdjl's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the btdjl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of btdjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any btdjl content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
